Natalie Turman, M.S., is an Austin-based marketing strategist with eight years of experience spanning agency work, strategic research, and entrepreneurship. Originally from Georgia, she earned her bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from Georgia Southern University, where her involvement with Her Campus Media sparked her passion for the industry and inspired her to launch her own venture.

In 2018, Natalie founded The Bloom Agency, a boutique marketing firm serving small businesses in her college town with social media strategy and event management. Over five years, she grew the business through the challenges of the pandemic and beyond, expanding her client roster and building a dedicated team before transitioning to agency life.

Since then, Natalie has worked with Giant Noise, Maxwell Communications, and GLOW Creative, gaining expertise across food and beverage, lifestyle, hospitality, CPG, and entertainment. Her client work has included national campaigns for brands like Whataburger, Dave's Killer Bread, and MGM+, sharpening her ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver measurable results.

In 2026, she completed her Master of Science in Strategic Communication at the University of Oregon, where her research focused on DEI and workplace belonging, specifically how companies can authentically communicate diversity initiatives that resonate with employees and drive meaningful change.

Now based in Austin, Natalie is accepting freelance clients across social media strategy, influencer marketing, website design, and content creation. Outside of work, you can find her crafting, reading, writing Substacks, and creating content.
