Natalie Turman is a communications professional with seven years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, agency work, and strategic research. Originally from Georgia, she earned her bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from Georgia Southern University, where her involvement with Her Campus Media sparked her passion for the industry and inspired her to launch her own venture.
In 2018, Natalie founded The Bloom Agency, a boutique marketing firm serving small businesses in her college town with social media strategy and event management. Over the years, she grew the business through the challenges of the pandemic and beyond, expanding her client roster and building a dedicated team before transitioning to agency life.
Since then, Natalie has worked with Giant Noise, Maxwell PR, and GLOW Creative, developing expertise across food and beverage, lifestyle, hospitality, CPG, and entertainment. Her diverse industry experience has sharpened her ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver results for a wide range of clients.
Currently, Natalie is pursuing a Master's in Strategic Communications at the University of Oregon, where her research focuses on DEI and workplace belonging—specifically, how companies can authentically communicate diversity initiatives that resonate with employees and drive meaningful change.
Outside of work, you can find her crafting, reading, writing Substacks, and creating content.
